This will be a 5 day retreat on “The Courage to Stop”. My intention is to have us inquire into and experience what it means to turn from the body-mind’s hardwiring to stay busy and vigilant, and, as Rumi says, “move into the emptiness” and through it into the truth of who we are. It is my intention to spend time both in practices that delve into and unravel our resistance to stopping, and stopping itself. There will be at least 24 hours of Mysterium, possibly 36, as well as poetry dives, soul-inquiry, breath work…
