Here are the particulars
You will need:

• Privacy
• a land line if possible
• a headset for your phone if possible
• a notebook and pen
• perhaps a candle to sanctify the moment

Now, a few details on this phone conferencing stuff. If you’re the first caller, you’ll get a great music track until a second person arrives. Please try to be on time so as not to interupt the attunement or sharing (you’ll get announced by the system whether you want to or not), however if you’re late, join us anyway. Also, it is very helpful if you can keep the sounds coming from your space to a minimum — except when you’re talking. This can include background noise and sometimes the sound of your own breathing (don’t get me wrong, BREATHE deep! just try to position your headset or phone so it doesn’t pick it up.) Please MUTE your phone if you need to walk around, make noise, or if your space is particularly noisy. To do this, press *6 once you’re on the call and it will mute your line. Press *6 again to unmute. You can also use your phone’s MUTE function if it has one. If there is a lot of noise on the call, I have the capacity to mute all the phones except mine, but I prefer at times to leave the lines open so you can comment spontaneously.
